Responsibilities

As an Advanced AI Data Trainer, you will work closely with a team of trainers, following protocols developed by leading AI researchers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Train the AI:

    • Generate examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI.

    • Collect sources to help the AI read and interpret large amounts of documented knowledge.


  • Evaluate the AI:

    • Continuously assess the AI’s safety, accuracy, and usefulness based on provided criteria.

    • Verify the accuracy of facts and their interpretation by the AI.


  • Test the AI:

    • Actively attempt to identify faults and improve the AI’s responses.

    • Document errors and suggest enhancements to training methods and strategies.

Compensation

Pay: This entry-level position starts at $8.00/hour for top candidates worldwide.
Schedule: Requires 20-40 hours weekly.
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Vietnamese (C1-C2) and at least conversational in English (B1-C1).
