Overview
Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Uolo-P. This project focuses on detecting false information on social media. We are seeking individuals to help find and research fake information that could potentially mislead the public.
Main Duties
Fact-Checking: Compare social media posts with reliable information to verify their truthfulness.
Monitoring Trends: Use trending maps to guide searches for popular topics.
Identifying Repeat Offenders: Track individuals or sites that frequently distribute misinformation.
Diverse Research Techniques: Explore various sources and methods to uncover false information.
What We're Looking For
Your post checks should meet the following criteria:
Posts must originate from social media and be recent (within the last 7 or 14 days).
Focus on significant topics that could mislead people, rather than minor inaccuracies.
Avoid content that is solely opinionated, humorous, or a conflict between businesses.
Key Requirements
To successfully perform this role, you must:
Be currently located in the United States.
Be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
Provide a valid social media profile.
Hold an educational degree.
