Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced software engineers to lend their coding expertise to help train AI models.
Responsibilities
Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to assist in training AI models
Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science
Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++
Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English
Excellent attention to detail
Compensation
Pay rates for Tier 3 coding experts in Poland average USD $32.5 per hour. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.
