Overview

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. Are you an experienced English writer who would like to lend your expertise to train AI models?

Responsibilities

• Reading English text to rank responses produced by AI models

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking

• Assessing the factuality and relevance of text from AI models

Requirements

• Experience as a professional writer or editor

• Currently enrolled in or completed an associate degree or higher in a writing-related discipline

• Strong writing style, English-language skills, spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze text effectively

Compensation

Pay rates for core project work by English writing experts in the US average USD $25 per hour. Rates vary based on expertise, location, and project needs.
