Overview

Outlier is seeking experienced English writers to assist in training AI models by providing human feedback. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ranking AI model responses by reading English text

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses

• Assessing text factuality and relevance

Requirements

• Professional writing or editing experience

• Enrolled in or completed a writing-related discipline program

• Strong writing skills with excellent English-language proficiency

• Attention to detail and critical analysis abilities

Compensation

Pay rates average USD $15 per hour in the US, up to £11/hr in the UK, and up to $20 CAD/hr in Canada. Rates vary based on expertise, location, and project needs.
