About the Role

Position: AI Tutor - Native Estonian
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Estonian while developing your AI skills. You will train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Estonian content generated by AI. Flexible scheduling is available, and your contributions will significantly influence the advancement of AI in Estonian.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated writing based on quality rubrics assessing:
- Factuality
- Completeness
- Brevity

- Grammatical correctness
Review the work of other human writers.
Produce top-tier original content in response to prompts.
Set your own working hours based on project length.

Requirements

Enrolled in or completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Native-level proficiency in Estonian.
Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
Critical eye for text evaluation and clear articulation of strengths and weaknesses.
Professional writing experience in roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis.
- Note: This is not an internship opportunity, and candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; no sponsorship is offered for this 1099 contract role. International students on a valid visa may apply, but specific circumstances should be discussed with an advisor.
Pay Range: $15—$150 USD per hour (for US-based candidates; compensation may vary based on location).
Work Model: Remote-friendly hybrid model emphasizing collaboration within tech hubs located in:
- San Francisco Bay Area
- New York City Metro Area
- Wrocław, Poland
