History Prompt Generation and Annotation Specialist

Overview

Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Aristotle History. We are looking for a History expert to generate complex, skill-based prompts and evaluate AI responses for historical accuracy and depth. This role focuses on creating challenging History problems that push the boundaries of advanced AI models, ensuring they require critical reasoning and the synthesis of multiple historical concepts.

Main Duties

• History-Focused Prompt Generation:
  Develop complex History prompts that involve multiple themes (e.g., political history and social movements) to challenge advanced AI models like GPT-40.

• AI Response Evaluation:
  Review AI-generated responses, identifying errors in historical reasoning, factual accuracy, and contextual understanding.

• Skill Integration:
  Ensure each prompt integrates multiple historical perspectives or methodologies, requiring the AI to analyze and synthesize information in sophisticated, non-trivial ways.

• Model Refinement:
  Provide detailed feedback on the AI’s performance, helping improve its ability to tackle complex historical questions and analyses.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in English.

• Strong background in History, ideally with an advanced degree in the field.

• Experience creating or analyzing complex historical questions across different eras or regions (e.g., modern history, ancient civilizations).

• Ability to identify and explain errors in historical interpretation, analysis, or fact-checking.

• Familiarity with AI/ML models and their limitations is a plus.

Compensation

This role is project-based with a salary ranging from $2 - $40 per hour.
