Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are seeking experienced software engineers to lend their coding expertise to train AI models. This opportunity is available for Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, and Philippines.
Responsibilities
Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to train AI models
Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in computer science
Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++
Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English
Excellent attention to detail
Compensation
Pay rates for core project work by Tier 1 coding experts average $10 USD per hour. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Certain projects offer incentive payments.
