Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are seeking experienced software engineers to assist in training AI models. This opportunity is open for Taiwan residents only.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to train AI models

• Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science

• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++

• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English

• Excellent attention to detail

Compensation

Payment rates for core project work by Tier 3 coding experts average up to $16.25 USD per hour. Rates vary based on expertise, location, and project need. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs, and certain projects offer incentive payments.
