Outlier helps companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are seeking experienced software engineers to contribute coding expertise in training AI models to excel at coding generation.
Responsibilities
Crafting and answering computer science questions to train AI models
Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models
Requirements
Currently enrolled or completed a computer science degree
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Swift, Python, etc.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Compensation
Payment rates range from USD $11 to $32 per hour, based on expertise, project needs, and location. Incentive payments may apply for certain projects.
