Responsibilities

Train the AI

- Generate examples of ideal conversations

- Act as both User and AI for learning

- Collect sources to help AI read and interpret knowledge

Evaluate the AI

- Assess accuracy and interpretation

- Ensure AI's output aligns with safety and benefit criteria

Test the AI

- Actively try to "break" the AI

- Document breaks and recommend improvements for safety and accuracy

Compensation
