Audio Collection Project (Teens)

Overview

Each participant will be asked to record the following:

• Prepared text reading: Approx. duration: 9 minutes (provided by us)

• Freeform speech: Approx. duration: 9 minutes (topic and notes provided; 30% of sentences should include entities like names, numbers, dates, etc.)

• Voicemail speech: Approx. duration: 18 minutes (scenario and notes provided; 30% of sentences should include entities like names, numbers, dates, etc.)

Main Duties

Each speaker is required to:

• Be 12-17 years old

• Be a native speaker of Dutch (Netherlands) or Norwegian (Bokmål)

• Own a desktop computer or laptop

• Have a built-in, wired, or Bluetooth headset

• Complete a demographic survey to apply

Important Notes

A signed consent form is required for participation.

Important: Must be a native speaker of one of the specified languages to apply. Non-native speakers will have their applications automatically rejected.

Due to high application volume, if you don’t hear from us within 7-10 working days, you can consider your application rejected.
