Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. This opportunity is for experienced English writers to assist in training AI models. The position is freelance and remote.
Responsibilities
Ranking responses produced by AI models
Writing and rewriting prompts and responses
Assessing the factuality and relevance of text generated by AI models
Requirements
Experience as a professional writer or editor
Completed or enrolled in a writing-related degree program
Strong writing skills with excellent English language proficiency
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Compensation
Pay rates range from $15 to $35 USD per hour in the US, £11 to £27 GBP per hour in the UK, and $20 to $48 CAD/hr in Canada. Rates vary based on expertise, location, and project specifics. Higher rates may apply for PhD holders.
