Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced English writers in Turkey with a C1 level or higher to train AI models.

Responsibilities

• Reading English text to rank AI model responses

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses

• Assessing text factuality and relevance for AI models

Requirements

• Professional writing or editing experience

• Enrolled in or completed an associate degree or higher in a writing-related discipline

• Exceptional English-language skills in spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning

• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear feedback on text

Compensation

Freelance English writing experts in Turkey can earn an average of USD $7 per hour. Rates vary based on skills, location, and project needs.
