AI Writing Evaluator and Trainer (English C1+)

Overview

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced English writers with C1-level proficiency or higher to assist in training AI models. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ranking responses generated by AI models

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses

• Assessing the factuality and relevance of AI-generated text

Requirements

• Professional writing or editing experience

• Enrolled in or completed an associate degree or higher in a writing-related discipline

• Strong English language skills with attention to detail

• Ability to assess text effectively

Compensation

Payment rates for project work in France average USD $13 per hour for core tasks. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, and project requirements. Different rates may apply for non-core work and incentive payments can be offered.
