AI Writing Evaluator and Trainer

Overview

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. They are looking for talented writers in Singapore to help train generative artificial intelligence models.

Responsibilities

• Reading English text to rank responses produced by AI models

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking

• Assessing the factuality and relevance of text generated by AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a C1-level or higher

• Experience as a professional writer or editor

• Strong writing style with excellent English spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze text effectively

Compensation

Pay rates for core project work average USD $15 per hour in Singapore. Rates may vary based on expertise, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered for PhD holders and certain projects provide incentive payments.
