Overview

Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts from various disciplines who align AI models by creating high-quality data to build the future of Generative AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the Thai language to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.

Main Duties

Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Thai language. Your guidance will directly improve the AI's accuracy and application to real-world problems.
Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Thai, including checking punctuation, spelling and grammar, and/or creative writing.
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases or inaccuracies in the AI’s knowledge base and conduct tests to push the boundaries of the model's understanding.
Flexible Hours: You create your own working hours depending on project length.

Requirements

Enrolled in or completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Native-level proficiency in the Thai language.
Strong writing style with excellent English spelling and grammar skills.
Critical eye for articulating strengths and weaknesses of written text.
Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $15—$150 USD (exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and geographical location).
Note: This role is not an internship opportunity. International students on a valid visa may be eligible to apply.

Work Environment

Excel in a remote-friendly hybrid model. While we embrace remote work, we have transitioned to a hybrid model focused on collaboration within our tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
