Main Duties
Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Norwegian language, improving the AI's accuracy.
Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Norwegian, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and conduct tests to ensure reliable outputs.
Flexible Hours: Create your own working hours depending on project length.
Requirements
Enrolled in or completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Native-level proficiency in the Norwegian language.
Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
Critical eye and ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Important Information
This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. Compensation rates may vary for non-US locations.
Pay Range (rate per hour): $15—$150 USD
Hybrid Work Model: While embracing remote work, we focus on collaboration within our tech hubs. We encourage asynchronous communication and autonomy in task management.
