AI Trainer for Urdu Writers/Speakers

Overview

Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts who create high-quality data to enhance AI development, particularly focusing on Generative AI. This position as an AI Trainer for Urdu offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI in the Urdu language while working flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Educate AI:

  • Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs in Urdu.

  • Improve the AI's accuracy and relevance.

• 
  

• Problem Solving:

  • Offer step-by-step solutions to complex problems in Urdu.

  • Review punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.

• 
  

• Red Teaming:

  • Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI's knowledge.

  • Design tests to validate the model’s understanding.

• 
  

• Flexible Working Hours:

  • Set your own working hours based on project length.

Requirements

• Education:

  • Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher.

• 
  

• Language Proficiency:

  • Native-level proficiency in Urdu.

  • Strong writing skills in English with excellent grammar.

• 
  

• Professional Experience:

  • Background as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, or similar roles.

• 
  

• Skills:

  • Critical thinking and ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.

  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

• Employment Type: Freelance position (1099 contract).

• Pay Range (hourly): $15—$150 USD (varies by skills, experience, and location).
