AI Trainer for Romanian Writers/Speakers (Freelance, Remote)

Overview

Shape the future of AI in the Romanian language. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise while developing skills in AI training and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated Romanian content. Flexible scheduling is available, and your contributions will directly influence AI advancements in the Romanian language.

Your Day to Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs in Romanian.

• Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions to complex problems in Romanian, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.

• Red Teaming: Identify potential biases and inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base by designing tests that ensure its outputs are reliable and applicable.

• Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule depending on project length.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Native-level proficiency in the Romanian language.

• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.

• A critical eye for evaluating written text.

• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).

• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

Pay Range: $15—$150 USD per hour (exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location).

Remote Work Model: While embracing remote work, we have shifted to a hybrid model to foster collaboration within dedicated tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
