AI Trainer for Molecular Biology

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Molecular Biology while developing your AI skills. You will contribute to training AI models and ensuring the accuracy of content generated by AI.

Responsibilities

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Molecular Biology, enhancing the AI's accuracy.

• Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions to complex problems in Molecular Biology, teaching the AI how to reason through these problems.

• Red Teaming: Identify biases or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and conduct tests to ensure reliable outputs.

• Flexibility: Create your own working hours based on project length.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar.

• Ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written work.

• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

Expected hourly rate range for U.S.-based candidates: $15—$150 USD. Exact compensation varies based on skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Work Environment

• Remote-friendly hybrid model for collaboration within tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.

• Emphasis on asynchronous communication, autonomy, and ownership of tasks.
