About the Role

This innovative freelance role as an AI Trainer in Microbiology presents an exciting opportunity to use your expertise for the development of AI in the field. You will be instrumental in training AI models and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the content generated. This position offers flexibility in scheduling.

Main Duties

Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated output related to Microbiology to improve accuracy.
Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex Microbiology problems to teach the AI.
Red Teaming: Identify biases, inaccuracies, and limitations in the AI's knowledge base through rigorous testing.
Flexible Hours: Create your own working hours based on project length.

Requirements

Enrolled in or completed an Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar.
Ability to critically evaluate and articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

Compensation: Freelance position compensated on an hourly basis.
Pay Range: $15—$150 USD per hour, varying based on factors including skills, experience, and location.
