About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Finnish language. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise and develop AI models, ensuring the accuracy of Finnish content generated by these systems.
Main Duties
Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs in Finnish to improve the AI's accuracy in real-world applications.
Problem Solving: Supply step-by-step explanations for complex problems in Finnish, covering punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI’s knowledge base through rigorous testing.
Flexible Scheduling: Create your own working hours depending on project length.
Requirements
Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Native-level proficiency in Finnish.
Strong writing skills in English, with excellent spelling and grammar.
Critical evaluation skills, with the ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of text.
Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Important Information
This is a freelance contract position, compensated on an hourly basis.
Not an internship opportunity.
Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation for international candidates may vary.
Compensation
Pay Range (hourly rate): $15—$150 USD.
Work Model
Remote-friendly hybrid model focusing on collaboration within tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
Emphasis on asynchronous communication, autonomy, and ownership.
