Job Description

Shape the future of AI in Earth Sciences. This innovative role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills by training AI models and ensuring the accuracy of Earth Sciences content generated by AI.

Main Duties

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Earth Sciences.

• Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Earth Sciences.

• Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and design tests to ensure reliable outputs.

• Flexible working hours based on project length.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.

• Ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.

• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation

Pay Range: $15—$150 USD per hour depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Work Environment

Alignerr operates in a remote-friendly hybrid model, focusing on collaboration within tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland. We encourage asynchronous communication and ownership of tasks.
