AI Trainer for Climate Science

Overview

Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts from various disciplines who align AI models by creating high-quality data in their field of expertise to build the future of Generative AI. The role focuses on training AI models in Climate Science, allowing for flexible scheduling while making significant contributions to the advancement of AI in the field.

Main Duties

• Educate AI:
  Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Climate Science to improve accuracy and real-world applicability.

• Problem Solving:
  Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex Climate Science problems, guiding the AI in reasoning through these issues.

• Red Teaming:
  Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base by designing and conducting tests to ensure reliability in outputs.

• Flexible Work Hours:
  You will create your own working hours depending on project length.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.

• Critical eye with the ability to clearly articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.

• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Compensation and Important Information

Position Type: Freelance Compensation Model: Hourly based, not an internship opportunity. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; sponsorship is not offered for this contract role. Pay Range (rate per hour):
$15—$150 USD Remote Work:
Alignerr follows a hybrid model focusing on collaboration and connection, accommodating remote work while encouraging hub-based gatherings in specific locations.
