Overview

Position: AI Trainer for Catalan Writers/Speakers

Type: Freelance, Remote

Compensation: $15—$150 USD per hour

Main Duties

Educate AI:

• Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs in Catalan.

• Improve the AI's accuracy through your guidance.

Problem Solving:

• Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex linguistic problems.

• Validate punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.

Red Teaming:

• Identify biases and inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base.

• Design tests to assess and enhance the model's understanding.

Create your own working hours depending on project length.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Native-level proficiency in the Catalan language.

• Strong writing skills with excellent English language spelling and grammar.

• Ability to critically assess written text.

• Professional writing experience in research, journalism, technical writing, editing, or similar roles.

• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Important Information

This freelance position is compensated on an hourly basis and is not an internship.

Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence.

We do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.

Pay rates may vary for non-US locations.

Remote Work Model

The company adopts a hybrid model focused on collaboration in tech hubs located in San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland. Asynchronous communication and autonomy are encouraged.
