Responsibilities
Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs in Arabic to improve AI's accuracy.
Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex Arabic problems, focusing on spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
Red Teaming: Identify biases and limitations in the AI's knowledge base through testing, ensuring reliability in real-world applications.
Flexible Hours: Create your own working hours based on project length.
Requirements
Enrolled in or have completed an Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Native-level proficiency in the Arabic language.
Strong writing style with excellent English-spelling and grammar skills.
Critical eye to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
Professional writing experience in roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Compensation
Position Type: Freelance, compensated on an hourly basis.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; sponsorship is not available for this 1099 contract role.
Compensation:
Pay Range (rate per hour): $15—$150 USD (exact rates vary based on skills, experience, and location).
Remote Work: Excel in a remote-friendly hybrid model focused on collaboration within hubs located in San Francisco, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
