Main Duties
Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a specific customer question.
Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.
Requirements
Fully proficient in Spanish.
Must be located in Peru.
Ability to dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project.
Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2.
Advanced competency in English for instruction follow-through and team communication.
Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably have previous experience in the e-commerce field.
Attention to detail.
Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs.
Reliable computer system and internet connection.
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work.
