AI Response Evaluator - Spanish (Mexico)

Responsibilities

- Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question.
- Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
- Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.

Requirements

- Fully proficient in Spanish
- Must be located in Mexico
- You can dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project
- Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
- Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate with our team
- Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably previous experience in the e-commerce field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs
- Reliable computer system and internet connection
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
- Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work

Compensation

Approximately $4/hour
