Main Duties

• Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question.

• Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.

• Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.

Project Details
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Minimum of 1 hour/day, Maximum 4 hours/day - 3 days a week. You won't work during weekends.
- This is a freelance opportunity; the workload is based on project needs. Weekly hours may vary.

Requirements

• Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2 - Italian

• Must be located in Croatia

• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project

• Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate with our team

• Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Preferably previous experience in the e-commerce field

• Attention to detail

• Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs

• Reliable computer system and internet connection

• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality

• Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work

Compensation

$8 - $8 an hour
