Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced English writers in New Zealand to contribute their expertise in training AI models.

Responsibilities

• Reading English text and ranking AI model responses

• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses

• Assessing the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models

Requirements

• Experience as a professional writer or editor

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a writing-related discipline

• Strong writing skills with exceptional English-language abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear feedback

Compensation

Payment rates for English writing experts in New Zealand range from $15 to $35 USD per hour based on expertise, skills assessment, and project requirements. Higher rates may apply for certain projects or qualifications.
