Overview

Welocalize is an award-winning data transformation and localization company. We are currently creating one of the largest programs in the world dedicated to internet content evaluation, and we need you!

As an Internet Content Evaluator, you will analyze and rate content from the internet to help online search engines function better. In other words, you will indicate whether search engine results match the keywords entered by the user. This role is for you if:

• You surf the internet daily.

• You frequently use major search engines.

• You understand the meaning of a search from a few keywords.

• You enjoy conducting internet research.

Recruitment Process

You won’t need to go through a traditional interview!

Instead, you will follow an automated and guided recruitment process that you can complete at your own pace.

Recruitment Steps:

1. Application and Pre-screening

   • Submit your application for review.

   • Welocalize will review your application. If selected, you will move on to step 2. Otherwise, you will be notified via email.

3. Profile Creation

   • Create a profile in our system with an email address and password (must be a Gmail account) to access Welocalize systems for the next steps.

   • Answer a few questions to determine eligibility for working on this project. This includes questions about your residence and previous experience in content evaluation. You will also need to read and sign our standard non-disclosure agreement and service level agreement. If you pass this selection step, you will proceed to step 3.

5. Evaluation and Review

   • Take a short language assessment to verify your required language proficiency.

   • Complete training materials and take an initial exam designed by the client that simulates the actual tasks you will carry out. Welocalize will provide training materials to prepare you for this exam.

   • The client reviews all candidates who pass the initial exam for final approval. Once we receive the green light, we finalize your onboarding and prepare you to work with the team.

IMPORTANT: This type of role is often targeted by frauds. Welocalize conducts many fraud checks to ensure all candidates joining the team are real, qualified, and ready to work. To avoid misunderstanding, please do not use any program to mask your IP address, such as a VPN.

Project Details

• Job Title: Internet Content Evaluator

• Target Language: French (France)

• Compensation: Payment per task (approximately €12.24 per hour)

• Location: Remote work – Note: You must reside in the country specified in the description. This information will be checked automatically during the recruitment process.

• Hours: Work hours are flexible, with a minimum of 5 hours per week. You can work up to 20 hours per week (if project needs allow). Note: Data volumes may vary from week to week.

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Perfect command of the target language (oral and written)

• Excellent understanding of English (oral and written)

• Solid knowledge of French popular culture

• Reliable computer equipment and internet connection

• Excellent skills with online search engines

• Mandatory signing of a non-disclosure agreement and service agreement

Please note that this work is based on project needs. Due to this, weekly hours may vary and flexibility with change is expected. You must legally be able to work on freelance projects in France.
